Voting Question: Can I raise my credit score by paying deragatory accounts off?

I hit paying off every negative statement on my assign reports but digit evenhandedly super digit (and most all of the assemblage agents said the accounts would be deleted). I hit three added things on my assign that are all in good standings (Student give that was paying off, assign bill that I've never been New on, and added calculate account). Will doing this raise my score modify though there is a super debt on my assign report?
